After your order has been processed within 24 hours, you’ll receive a processing confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Return Policy:

Address Changes:
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order (as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet), please email the new delivery details to support@botgleam.com, and we’ll update it for you.

Order Cancellation or Modification:
To cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately with the subject line "Change" or "Cancellation". We will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, please note that if your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process, as we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
